As part of Inside Housing’s 40th anniversary, we are looking to identify the outstanding individuals under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of the housing sector.

Our 40 Under 40 list will celebrate the sector’s up-and-coming leaders and individuals who are already delivering excellence in their field. We’re looking for people who are setting the standard already, whether they are already making waves in prominent roles or demonstrating exceptional promise.

Nominated by their colleagues, peers and mentors, these individuals are the ones to watch, and whose vision, passion and dedication will shape the next 40 years.

We are looking to create a platform for people from a diverse range of backgrounds to flag their ideas and existing performance and to celebrate their talent. Over the course of the next year we will be promoting each individual on the list, including in a special campaign feature promoted in print and digitally. There will also be networking opportunities at this year’s Housing 2024 event in Manchester. And we’ll also be looking to provide opportunity to highlight your achievements and expertise across a range of events and articles across the course of the next year.
