Individuals on the 40 under 40 list will have networking opportunities at this year’s Housing 2024 event in Manchester, with exclusive free access to attend the event on Thursday 27^th June.

We’ll highlight your achievements and expertise across a range of events and articles across the course of 2024.

Shaping the future

Over the course of the next 12 months, Inside Housing will be campaigning to promote housing as a career of choice. We’ll consult with the winners to help shape the campaign and talk about the range of career options available in the sector.

Community

Winners of the 40 under 40 will be part of a new and exciting community of young leaders.

Each submission will be individually judged by our expert advisory panel, and winning entries will be announced on Thursday 27th June, live at Housing 2024.
